Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2, 2026

Welcome to Mindory. By accessing or using our website, interactive knowledge workspaces, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To access most features of Mindory, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

2. User-Generated Content

Mindory allows you to create, store, and share information, text, code snippets, whiteboard drawings, and other material ("Content"). You retain all of your ownership rights in your Content. By submitting Content to the platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that Content solely to provide and improve our services.

You agree not to post Content that is illegal, abusive, threatening, highly offensive, or violates another party's intellectual property rights.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

While using our services, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purposes.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or use our Sandpack environments to launch attacks against other systems.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any private spaces or accounts belonging to other users.
  • Scrape, datamine, or excessively burden our infrastructure.

4. API and MCP Integrations

Our platform allows you to connect third-party Artificial Intelligence tools and assistants via our Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the external AI tools you connect comply with your local data privacy laws. We are not responsible for the actions or data handling practices of third-party tools once you grant them access to your Mindory spaces.

5. Intellectual Property

The Mindory platform (excluding user-generated Content), including its original code, features, layout, and design, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

6. Copyright Complaints & DMCA Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and local Indonesian copyright laws.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Service, please notify our copyright agent by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Copyright Infringement". You must provide a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the allegedly infringing material on our platform (URL), your contact information, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.

We reserve the right to remove any content alleged to be infringing and to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

7. Billing, Subscription, Cancellation, and Refunds

When you purchase a Pro subscription (Monthly or Yearly) to Mindory, you agree to our billing terms:

  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring schedule. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current paid billing period. After that, your account will downgrade to the Free plan. We do not immediately delete your data upon downgrade, but functionality may be restricted to Free tier limits.
  • Refunds: Because Mindory is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform where resources are instantly provisioned, all payments are generally non-refundable. However, we may grant exceptions within 14 days of the transaction for duplicate payments caused by processing errors or severe technical failures that prevent access to the service for more than 3 consecutive business days.

To request a cancellation or refund exception, contact us at [email protected].

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the services at any time, with or without cause or notice, particularly if you violate these Terms of Service. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We explicitly disclaim any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, completely secure, or error-free.
